Put status on a wrong place early on and wants to reset??

so lets say you have been playing all the way to level 100 and thinking of doing reset on your stats points as you have put it on attack or def early in the game.
the best time for you to do this is during the WB since you will be getting refill on the points you are going to put in----say you have 50 stam at level 100 and thinking of making it 100 by resetting-- first you drain all that 50 stam and do the reset for 200 jewels and as you put in those point on stamina you will get refill on those stamina that you put in.
